What is a brand ambassador performance scorecard?
A brand ambassador performance scorecard is a reporting framework that connects what your brand ambassadors do to what it changes for the business.
Most programs get measured by how many people signed up. This scorecard replaces headcount reporting with three connected layers: the activity each ambassador contributes, whether they're still getting value from taking part, and what their advocacy moves in the pipeline.
What's inside the template?
Six sections, taking you from defining your metrics through to the readout you send leadership:
- Define what you're measuring
- Agree your scoring definitions
- The ambassador tracker
- What advocacy changes in the pipeline
- The two-way value check
- Quarterly leadership readout
How to use the template
Start by deciding which outcome the program influences, and which single number goes to leadership; that's what stops the rest becoming an activity log.
Fill the tracker monthly and the rest quarterly, agreeing your 1 to 5 scoring anchors as a team before anyone logs an entry. Then watch the two-way value check: an ambassador with strong output failing three or more boxes is the one about to stop saying yes.
