No. If you’re purchasing in bulk — for example, to include future hires — you don’t need to assign access all at once. Access just needs to be allocated within 12 months of purchase.
No problem. Each learner gets two attempts per exam. If they don’t pass on the second attempt, they won’t receive the certification — but they’ll still have lifetime access to the certification materials.
