The State of Customer Marketing 2023/24 will build on our previous year’s report and provide a comprehensive view of the customer marketing landscape. Last year's report found:
- Only 3.9% answered ‘yes, 100%’ when we asked if they felt customer marketing was understood by their company
- The average customer marketing budget fell between $100,000- $500,000 making up 30.7% of answers
- 7.7% of customer marketing respondents say they don’t use metrics at all to measure their performances
