No, not necessarily.

We want to make sure our mentor community stays elite and accessible, so we carefully vet everyone for real-world experience, genuine motivation, and a great fit for the program.

That said, many of our mentors are also ambassadors, our MVPs. Curious about them? Check out our amazing ambassador crew here.

Generally, only people who are subscribed to our membership plan can be a mentor or mentee. But we also have ambassadors and other top level exec join as just mentors.

It’s entirely up to you!

You set the pace based on what you’re comfortable with. Whether you can only commit an hour a week or a month, that’s perfectly fine. Just adjust your ‘availability’ on your profile.

Not at all. You can if you want, of course, but you choose which days you want to mentor and they can certainly be Monday to Friday only. Mainly be Monday to Friday only.

Just fill out a quick survey, and our smart matching algorithm does the heavy lifting.

Plus, every match gets a personal review from your community manager before it's approved. Think of it as an algorithm with a human touch. We run fresh matches every two weeks, so you won't be waiting long. Once you're paired, you'll get an email letting you know it's time to connect.

We use a matching algorithm to help pair mentors and mentees. The algorithm pairs people across the whole program using your chosen criteria. This helps reduce unconscious bias and makes it easy to create strong matches at scale.

If you’ve got the bandwidth for it, sure!

You can probably sense a theme here...but you own 100% of the ‘when’, ‘how long’ and ‘how many’ elements of the program and you can scale up or down as much as you want.

There is no limit on our end. If you're at capacity, change your availability and hit pause on the platform to exclude yourself from the pairing process and continue with your existing matches.

No worries - sometimes the first match isn’t the right fit.

You can ‘close your loop’ through the platform and get rematch in the next matching cycle.

If that happens, you can simply ‘close the loop’ through the platform and be paired up with a new match in the next matching cycle.

We suggest keeping communications on the chat function in the platform and tracking your goals and progress with the given features. Most of the communication can take place in the chat room when you become a pair on the platform. The first meeting can be carried out on the platform, and then you're welcome to meet again however you prefer going forward.
